Todd
Carson | CEO
Mr. Carson grew up in a family of developers.
Since graduating from Chapman University in 1993,
Todd has specialized in the acquisitions &
development of commercial real estate, securing
over 50 transactions involving over $305 million.
Beginning his career at ITC Real Estate, Carson
specialized in the acquisition/sale, development
and leasing of car wash and auto centers, industrial
properties, retail properties and land. He joined
Sperry Van Ness in 1997 and since then fumed
his own investment, architectural and development
firm utilizing the knowledge that he has gained
from owning and developing his own income properties
and being one of the top salesmen at Sperry Van
Ness.
Carson was awarded the Partners Circle Award
in 1999, the Achievers Award in 1998, 2000 and
2001, and the Pacesetter Award in 1999, 2000,
2001 and 2002 from Sperry Van Ness. Carson holds
a bachelor's degree in psychology and currently
lives in Newport Beach, California with his wife
and two sons.
